President and CEO, Jim Hammer, sets the bar high for the company. The fourth generation to own the company, Jim holds his employees to six shared values. The end product is continuous customer satisfaction and consistent recognition as a “Best Workplace in the Americas” by Printing Industries of America.
Jim has personally received numerous distinctions including being the recipient of the Lewis Memorial Lifetime Achievement Award, Power of Communication Award and the Herbert Vanden Brul Entrepreneurial Award from RIT. Jim was also inducted into the Rochester and New York Business Halls of Fame and has received the Business Person of the Year by the Rochester Small Business Council. He was also honored with the Gaudete medal from St. Bonaventure University.
Hammer currently serves on the boards of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Institute, Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester Chamber of Commerce, and Doyle Security.

Jason oversees all of the operations and manufacturing components of Hammer Packaging. A Villanova graduate, Jason's primary focus is leadership and supply chain management. He works with the leadership team to identify new and innovative solutions to plant efficiency and quality, advancing Hammer Packaging forward in technology and operations.
Jason has held a number of positions within Hammer Packaging, understanding every aspect of the business before taking the helm as VP of Manufacturing. He is an active community member within the Rochester area.

In the ever-evolving packaging industry, Lou Iovoli helps navigate Hammer Packaging in new and exciting directions. With an eye for new markets and differentiation, Lou's passion, creativity, and customer-driven focus keep Hammer at the cutting edge of technology and product offerings.
With a strategic lens, Lou identifies Hammer's growth areas in the marketplace and pushes the boundaries of packaging norms. The ultimate goal is always to improve Hammer's efficiency and provide our customers with the unique solutions for optimum success on the shelf.

Hammer operates with the future always in mind. The first printer in North America to have a VSOP press, and the most diverse portfolio of equipment in the country, Vice President for Research and Innovation, Hart Swisher, focuses on keeping Hammer at the cutting edge of technology.
Hart's industry expertise has positioned Hammer Packaging to "lead, not follow" in the industry. Continuously investigating new technology and efficiencies, Hart is an invaluable leader in product offerings and innovation.
Director of Human Resources
Amy is a dedicated leader in our Human Resources department, with a passion and focus on employee relations, wellness, culture, and continuous improvement. In her time at Hammer Packaging, Amy has revamped nearly all of Hammer's employee programs, while implementing new policies to ensure we are exceeding the industry standards in human resources.
Employees are Hammer Packaging's most valued assets and Amy is at the forefront of ensuring that we deliver to our employees, who in turn deliver to our customers.
Vice President of Sales

Leading with strategy over tactics, Matt's driving motivation is customer satisfaction. With more than 35 years of experience in the printing industry, Matt brings a diverse background and successful sales strategy for new and existing customers.
Matt's experience spans a variety of roles, including pressman, sales, sales leadership, and print company owner. Throughout all of these positions, the philosophy has always remained the same: deliver quality and focus on the customer.
Chief Financial Officer
With 25 years of experience in the printing industry, Mike Guche is Hammer's resident expert in finance and accounting. Mike received the Financial Executive of the Year Award through the Rochester Business Journal in 2015 and is a longstanding New York State certified public accountant. He has been in the CFO role for over 11 years.
